Claiming of Packages in Quezon City Post Office

First things first! You must at least have a tracking number. If your package's status is already en-route to Delivery Office, then you know you can go to the local office and claim your package.

If your package's status is still Item for Custom's examination, it is best to wait for the status to change to the one that will ensure it is already on your local post.

This is the status you want before you think of going to claim your package - and give it at least 3 days before you go! I went with only 2 days enroute and the package is still not in there. so I have to return to claim it.

If you do not have a notice Card, print this so you can present it to the guard and while waiting in line, they can already go check it inside.

If you have a notice card >>> That looks like this ⬇ go straight to the Window #37

You will be asked to fill the details, just do so and present your valid ID.

Line Up if there is a line. Well I noticed a lot of people go there between 11am to 2PM. Go early! =) you'll be done quicker, average of 30-40 minutes.

After submitting the notice card, you will be asked to pay for it, Php 112 for one (1) tracking / notice card.

After paying, you will be asked to wait to be called. your package will either be opened in front of you, or it will be released to you as soon as you sign the receiving copy in the package.
