Din Tai Fung, Xiao Long Bao Expert

I am not the type that has to try appetizers, but their house special got me curious. :D

This one is great! A must try House Special Appetizer.

Getting ready for my Xiao Long Bao

I tried Pork Xiao Long Bao and the Crab Roe Xiao Long Bao. Both are highly recommended! =)

Dimsum Treats You'll never get tired of

I love Chinese foods, and I am especially attached to Dimsums! As a child I have always been brought siomai by my mom whenever she goes to Binondo to visit our grandad. Siomai's before were so much larger than those of the Siomai you see in food carts, they are only served with Philippine lemon and that's it... and of course wayy... better!

Another Favorite Restaurant of mine is the Causeway Restaurant. they serve really great dimsums and these are discounted during 2PM to 4PM.  DIMSUM came from the word "Tiam Sim" Meaning Merienda, or Snacks.

When you visit Causeway, try their Beancurd Roll. Its really very delicious, something new to the taste, especially if you are only used to DIMSUM meals of siomai, chicken feet, siopao or hakaw.

It sure is a good change once in a while. Once you try it, you will find yourself craving for it once in a while.  =)

Causeway Seafood Restaurant have branches in Timog and in Libis.

ChinaTown's Best: Eat All you can Indeed!

I would always prefer to celebrate at Chinatown's best than Vikings. And here are the many reasons why:

1. They have better customer service.
2. The ambiance is not that classy but the food sure is tasty!
3. Their Buffet  price is much cheaper than Vikings!
4. Their Buffet table of selection is wide range - and the plates are never empty.
5. They have crabs!
6. They have Peking Duck!
7. They have steamed Lapu Lapu...
7. They have the best bibingka i have tasted served in a buffet!

Yeah, there are crabs in other buffet places as well, but sure as hell that Chinatown's Best refills the food much faster than Dad's or Vikings.

The only downside is that they do not have Carving stations for steak lovers! =P  I wouldn't dare belittle this restaurant though, it gets really packed with people when its lunch time!

ChinaTown's Best is in Banawe St. Quezon City Manila.
