Din Tai Fung, Xiao Long Bao Expert

I am not the type that has to try appetizers, but their house special got me curious. :D

This one is great! A must try House Special Appetizer.

Getting ready for my Xiao Long Bao

I tried Pork Xiao Long Bao and the Crab Roe Xiao Long Bao. Both are highly recommended! =)

Din Tai Fung's Wintermelon Milk Tea

I honestly do not remember if the Xiao Long Bao tastes the same with their Taiwan main branch, but Well, its just me. All Xiao Long Bao tastes the same already...?! ehehe

Milk Tea Adventures by a Milk Tea Addict

Macao Imperial, Tried because of a GRAB Promo. =)

also, Tried their Matcha Creamcheese, and its better than expected. =)

A house special Wintermelon Milktea at Din Tai Fung! =)

Its really small for the price, but its one of the best Milk Tea i have ever tried. =)

In Trinoma, apart from the more common Gong Cha, and Cha! Time... There's also a new milktea house called Yi Fang. =)

Their bubble (pearl) is small and its so good, though the milk tea itself is not that very different from the usual ones.

As for Chatime, I always go for my favorite Coffee Milk Tea... but this time also tried their new Marble Pearl milk tea, which is surprisingly good. It is the same with the Brown Sugar Milk Tea of GongCha.

Still, my most favorite drink is from DAKASI, its called Hokkaido Milk Pearl. There is no tea in it, just pure milk and brown sugar.

For a quick milk tea cravings, there is a "SLURP" in bottle, found in Family Mart and 7-eleven, this flavor, is the best.

A day (and night) in Taipei 101

The concert venue of the Kpop Concert we are to attend is right next to the Taipei 101.

Here's a photo of the Taipei 101 day and at night.

Inside the Taipei 101 were a lot of high end shops and food stalls. There was also a grocery right next to the food court. The food choices was a variety of different cuisine. There's Singaporean / Malaysian Food, Chinese Cuisine, Indian Food, Fast Food, Shaved Ice Desserts, Fresh Fruit juices and Bubble Tea.

So we really had a good amount of time in there, for some really good food at the food court, and of course we just have to try out the best Xiao Long Bao or Soup Dumplings in Taiwan. It is in the same level as the food court. The queue is long, there was about 40-60 minutes of waiting time and that is about 20 people ahead of you, and yet people wait for their turn.

Sticky Rice
Soup Dumpling

If you are in Taiwan, You must also not miss trying out the Shaved Ice Desserts.

Some good take outs or pasalubong shop is also in the Taipei 101 food court. It must be really good as we saw a couple buying like at least 10 boxes whilst we were walking around and looking for something to eat.

Also, in Taipei 101, We bought their MRT Easy card for $120. For Souvenir! =)
