So I have this package that is supposed to be delivered to me at home. It was cleared from customs but I did not know that our EMS Delivery service does deliveries in lightning speed. :P
You can see from the below photo that it was returned from customs at a certain time, and after that it was already unsuccessful delivery. It only took them 10 minutes to dispatch, and travel to Quezon City from release in Customs and rang a bell at our house to say no one is home to get my package. What a total Bullsh*t!

Well anyway, I got a text message today, a day after about me having to go to their Pasay office to claim the package. I just need to bring two valid IDs and that's it.
I swear I hate this government! Packages are held for as long as they can, trying to squeeze tax into everything! They should really try to do their job and deliver items that must be DELIVERED! I paid a hefty amount for this EMS and I still need to take a leave from work to claim it.
Uh-oh! Thanks heavens, I found Delivery services Dallas on time. I looked a lot for this service and I am glad I did. They even offer same day deliveries sometimes. It feels good to receive your parcel on time and sometimes faster.

And when I inquired sa mismong website ng philpost sabi dun e....last march 8, 2019 unsuccessful delivery reason daw is insufficient/incomplete/ incorrect documemtation e! Napaka

Deletesame saken..... i always tracking my package.. sinend ko pa korea galing dito s pinas, july 23 ko sinend.. until now wala pa s korea tapos nung ngtracked ako... unsuccessful din..ganyan din...pano ba dpat gawin... i will visit this monday ung post office nmen dito kung san ko sinend ung package... importante ung laman non.... pag un di nkuha ng both parties.. ipatulfo ko silang lahat.

DeleteMy problem is, I sent my parcel to someone in Cebu since 16 August, last tracking stated "delivery attempted, PHZONE7" on 27 Aug, but until now no news about it. Tried to call them, went unanswered. Texted them, always saying "it's not there (local post office) yet". Can anybody help me here? T^T
Plz ideliber nyo namn ang Ems ko sa Davao mag 3weeks na po sabi ng japan post na intransit na at ready dispatch nalang y di pa rin na ideliber ? At call me sa main office unattended naman anong klasing philpost sa atin puro mag nanakaw? Gusto nyo yta masisira name nyo paabot namin kay duterte ito.

Quezon City din ako. Sa Pasay ba dapat? Or baka sa QC post office pwede ma claim? Ang layo eh, may klase ako araw araw :(

ReplyDeleteto all filipinos overseas,never never send your package thru ems going to Philippines,they are the worst courier in the world.I have been waiting for just a document sent may 28 and still not here unfortunate the sender did not took a pic.of the tracking no. sent it again last week,and its written in their tracking site attempted delivery when there is no delivery attempted.they are all thieves ,thinking that there is money inside. just use dhal or fedex even if its a little expensive.save yourself from a lot of stress like Im having now.no one will answer you on thie hotline numbers.i tried so many times for 2 weeks now.

DeleteYes i got mine n po.. accdg to the staff in our post office main branch that reason is just in Manila branch but there’s nothing to worry daw po.. once you saw PHZONE7 in your tracking it means its already in your local post office..

DeleteLooks like your package contains "commercial quantity" and made its way to Pasay.
ReplyDeleteNext time if your going to claim a package in Pasay make sure to show them an invoice of the item you bought amounting less than 10,000 (including shipping) and marked as gift just to be sure. Also be sure that the items you bought have no tag prices.
Anything 10,000 below is non taxable (depending on the quantity of the items you bought, not commercial quantity)
Lastly, if you don't have to pay customs duties then you only have to pay 132 php for the handling and maintenance fees of the post office.
Hello po ! i have same experience din po yung student ko po sa korea ng padala ng package it almost for 2 weeks until now pag ng check ako sa ems tracking number still unsuccessful delivery so ano po talaga .. gagawin pag ganyan .. di man lang nila mabasa ang address ng recipient kahit man lang i text may number namn ng recipient doon ... kakaloka until now wla pa .

Kasi as per sender of my parcel complete naman daw po documents nung parcel. Pero sa tracking status ng parcel yan ung lumalabas.
